It’s not Google rankings.
It’s not the cost per lead.
It’s not even the number of leads.
It’s this: half the people calling them have no idea what things actually cost.
A homeowner sees a wallpaper photo on Pinterest. They fall in love. They call your client. Your client spends 45 minutes driving to the house, measuring walls, explaining the process, putting together a quote.
Then comes the estimate.
“Wait… it’s going to be $3,000? I thought it would be like $400.”
Call ends. No sale. Wasted time.
And guess who gets blamed?
You do.
